WADESBORO — Laura Ann Crawford Taylor, 92, died Sept. 29, 2012 at the home of her daughter.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Wadesboro. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Park.

She was born April 5, 1920 in Anson County, a daughter of the late Florence Crawford. She had worked for many years at Edna’s Tea Room in Wadesboro and later retired from Glen Manufacturing in Morven. She was a member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.

Surviving are her daughters, Billie Williams and Cylathia Borden, both of Wadesboro, and Laura Taylor of Philadelphia; an adopted daughter, Autura Taylor of Philadelphia; 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and her caregivers, Olivia Chambers and Debbie Lomax.

In addition to her mother and her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter and sons, Mattie Mae Taylor, Robert Lee Taylor, Leroy Taylor and Wesley Taylor.
