At 2:08 a.m., two black males entered the Anson Business Center at 1005 E. Caswell Street in Wadesboro, according to a statement from Wadesboro Police Chief Janie Schutz.
The men entered the business with a gun and demanded money from the clerk. They fled on foot and were last seen heading toward U.S. 74.
The robbery was caught on a surveillance tape and it is being examined by the police. Police are not releasing how much money was taken.
