Franklin Maylon Hough, 73, died May 4, 2010 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
Funeral services are private.
He was born in Anson County Dec. 25, 1936 to the late Harman and Mary Braswell Hough.
He is survived by a daughter, Mitzi Tibbens of Statesville; two grandchildren; and two sisters.
