Kevin Lindsey Griggs, 29, of 55 Power Plant Road, Lilesville died June 16, 2009, at Anson Community Hospital in Wadesboro.
Funeral services were conducted June 20 in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with the Rev. Mitchell Roller officiating. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
He was born Nov. 16, 1979, in Richmond County to Ronald Griggs and Denise Speight Griggs Phillips.
Surviving are his parents, Ronald Griggs of Rockingham and Denise Speight Phillips of Lilesville; a sister, Stephanie Williams of Lilesville; and maternal grandfather, Brady Speight of Rockingham. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Dorothy Griggs.
