Anson All-Star Darlings to play in tournament next weekend

The Anson All-Star Darlings will be playing in the All-Star Tournament June 18, 19 and 20 at Little Park in Wadesboro. Opening Ceremonies are Tuesday, June 16. The girls will be competing against teams from Montgomery and Stanly counties. The winner of the tournament will go on to play in the State Dixie League Tournament in Wilmington in July. The 8 and Under Darling team includes: front row (L-R)— Regan Jackson, Grace Morgan, Carly Jackson, Morgan Thomas, Chloe Thomas, Kamryn Flake, Laney McCormick. Second row— Marah Jacobs, Kaleigh Huntley, Cydney Livingston, Jordan Sikes, Hannah Williams. Back row— Coaches Jerry Lynn Flake, Lee Jackson, Joe Sikes, Chris Thomas.
