The bridge-elect is a 1999 graduate of Anson High School and a 2004 graduate of South Piedmont Community College. She is an employee of Union County Schools.
Russell is the daughter of Kenneth and Laraine Russell of Polkton.
The bridgegroom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Anson High School and a 2008 graduate of South Piedmont Community College, currently attending Wingate University. He is currently employed at Coffing Hoist.
Spencer is the son of Charles and Denise Spencer, of Polkton.
The pair will wed May 23, 2009 at New Home Baptist Church in Peachland
