Please allow us to express our heartfelt gratitude to all that participated in, attended, and supported our 2012 Anson Ag Expo & Fair.

We had a great event. In total, we had 380 fair exhibits, 104 participants in the fair, 15 vendors in the expo, and 76 youth from 11 counties showing 110 goats, lambs and heifers. There were another 103 adult and youth participants in new and returning weekend activities, and a crowd that gathered to watch the SAWA Lumberjack Competition. We can hardly estimate how many came out for the week’s celebration, but we think it was around 1,750, another increase from last year.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our community, and especially our sponsors. Truly, it was a community effort. We had a crowd of people helping us along. There is no way the event would have happened without everybody’s assistance, so please accept our sincere appreciation. In light of how much everybody did, a simple thank you almost seems inadequate. But words will have to do, and we cannot say thanks enough. We owe a personal thank you to everybody for the hand they had in pulling our week of events together.

Thank you so much to everyone!
