JACKSON SPRINGS —David Lewis Seago, 82, died July 23, 2012 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital.
Seago was born in Anson County on May 7, 1930, to the late John B. Seago and Lucy Harris Seago. He was a veteran in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Peggy M. Seago of Jackson Springs; and his daughter, Janet S. Thomas of Jackson Springs.
A memorial service was held July 25 at Taylor Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Needham officiating.
