After the success of The Anson Record's Cutest Pet Contest earlier this year, we're now looking for the cutest kids in Anson County. 

May 13-30, you can submit photos of your adorable offspring (or nieces, nephews, grandkids) at ansonrecord.com, and be entered to win a prize valued at up to $250. 

The grand prize, which will be worth $250, will be awarded to the kid with the most votes. Prizes of $115 from local businesses will also be available for the cutest kids in one of six categories, including newborn (0-12 months), toddlers (12-24 months), 2-4 years old, 4-6 years old, 6-9 years old and 9-12 years old. So far, Martin Furniture is providing the prize for the toddler age bracket.

Even if you have no kids of your own, you can still take part in the contest by voting for the winner. Voting will take place May 30 through June 13. 

The contest is entirely online, with photo submissions and voting taking place through ansonrecord.com. The winners will be announced in The Anson Record, as well as on the website. 

Readers can enter more than one child and everyone can vote as many as five times per day.
