Richard Raheen White, 17, of Wadesboro, and Arthur Bennett, 19, of Lilesville, allegedly entered an Orchard Street apartment, armed with a “Remington 20-gauge pump shotgun” on Thursday, according to their arrest warrants.
After the life of one of the people in the apartment at the time was threatened, the victim gave the suspects his wallet.
The two people in the apartment at the time of the robbery identified the two alleged perpetrators, who were arrested and booked at 7:23 p.m. that same day.
Each man faces charges of felony breaking and entering and felony robbery with a dangerous weapon. They are each being held in the Anson County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
The two men are scheduled to appear in court in Wadesboro at 9:30 a.m. June 7.
