GARRIS PEACHLAND — Rev. Ranny Garris, 85, husband of the late Sybil Garris, of Peachland died April 29, 2013 at Autumn Care in Marshville.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from Peachland Gospel Tabernacle with burial to follow in the Peachland City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Morgan & Son Funeral Home.
BURR WADESBORO — Margaret Henry Burr, 84, wife of Calvin Burr, died April 26, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center Mercy in Charlotte.
Funeral services were held April 28 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment followed in Anson Memorial Park.
The family greeted friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
WEIDNER WADESBORO — George Fredrick Weidner, 76, husband of Edna McLester Weidner, died April 20, 2013 at his home.
The family will greet friends Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
WADDELL WADESBORO — William Herman “Bill” Waddell Jr., 88, husband of Sadie Moore Waddell, died April 19, 2013.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Brown Creek Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery. The family greeted friends Saturday at Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro.
