Wild Hog Roundup organizers make donation to Levine Children’s Hospital
This year’s Wild Hog Roundup, held in March in Peachland, raised enough money that organizers were able to make a donation to a local charity. When it came to deciding where best to spend the surplus funds, Bud Ratliff, a hunter on the winning Backwoods Hog Hunters team, suggested Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, where his nephew underwent a successful liver transplant just last year.
