Justin Farmer of Wadesboro was arrested for the second time in the past month on Feb. 13.
On Feb. 6, officers with the Wadesboro Police Department arrested Farmer in connection with the Jan. 10 meth lab investigation at 1116 Morven Road.
Farmer was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possessing/distributing methamphetamine precursor, manufacturing methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for the purpose of keeping controlled substance — all felonies.
He was placed under a $10,000 bond and has a court date set for Feb. 26.
Farmer was arrested again on Feb. 13 after fleeing from Wadesboro police officers while they were investigating him as a suspicious person in the area of East Wade Street. At approximately 3:45 a.m., Farmer was arrested after a short foot pursuit and officers located methamphetamines on his possession. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a felony, and resist, delay and obstruct, a misdemeanor.
Farmer received a $10,300 secured bond and has a court date set for March 5 on these charges.
The Anson County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
