Poor customer service leads to multiple complaints

Dear Editor:

The service I’ve received from this Internet service provider, Local Net, has always been very poor.

Even though I made multiple calls about the poor service, there was little improvement. Recently there arose a billing dispute. I talked with at least four employees in the company. And after several long “holds,” I finally got to talk with a customer service employee. That customer service employee offered no help, even though there may have been a misunderstanding. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and was not only just as negative as the customer service employee, the supervisor hung up on me.

This company doesn’t deserve our business. I searched and found multiple unresolved complaints against the company at the Better Business Bureau. The company is not a registered member of the BBB.

I am severing all ties with this company and will not do business with them again.
