Mary Teal Baker, 88, died Aug. 14, 2012 at Cheraw Healthcare, Inc., in Cheraw, S.C.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Chesterfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Lee Coyle officiating. Interment followed at Anson Memorial Park.
She was born in High Point on Jan. 4, 1924 to the late Stephen Wilson and Cornelia Adams Teal. She was retired from the Duff-Norton Co. and also a retired hairdresser.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Henry Baker; her son, Charles Henry Baker; and her sister, Ruth Teal Threatt.
