Letha Nance Maske, 88, died Jan. 19, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center-Union.
Funeral services were Jan. 22 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Visitation followed in the church fellowship hall.
Interment was at the church cemetery.
She was born in New Salem July 19, 1920 to the late Orrie Moore and Carl Guilford Nance.
She was an active member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Maske loved her flower garden and sharing them with her friends.
She is survived by her husband, John William Maske; two daughters, Susan (John) Maske Hathcock of Alexandria, Va. and Gail (David) Maske Love of Arlington, Va.; two grandsons; and six great-grandchildren.
The arrangements are in the care of Morgan and Son Funeral Home.
