Anne Little
WINSTON-SALEM —Anne Sparrow Little died July 11, 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.
She was born May 29, 1932 to the late William Robinson Sparrow and Clara Baity Sparrow.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward York.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert Eugene Little III of Wadesboro; daughters, Clarissa York Bryant and husband, Thomas L. Bryant of Gastonia and Susan York Hinkle and husband, Talmadge Gray Hinkle, Jr., of Winston Salem; and stepchildren, Walter Leake Parsons Little and wife, Holly of San Francisco, Ca. and Anne Bennett Little McCafferty and husband, Douglas McCafferty of Los Gatos, Ca..
A graveside service was held July 14 at 2 p.m. at Gaston Memorial Park with the Rev. Dr. John Frye,Jr. officiating.
McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia is serving the Little family.
